When you hire your staff you are always going to have doubts.
Did I hire too many people? Should I have hired more people? These are very common questions for small business owners. The trick is to narrow id down to what you need and what you don’t need. Take a look at what you need your staff for. Take a look at all the job descriptions. Boil it all down to necessity. If you can get by with just a few full-timers, than do so. If you need any part-timers, factor in both need and budget. Can you afford to hire the people you need? If not, you might have to eliminate a few people. Those people left will just need to take on some added tasks.
Sometimes you have to make some cuts in order to get the job done. Don;t be afraid to do this either. It’s the only way you will survive.
